By using "جَمعة مباركة", you agree to the terms and conditions below. Please read them carefully before creating an account or buying any package. This English version is a translation for convenience; if there is any difference, the Arabic version applies.

1. The service

"جَمعة مباركة" is a digital platform offering party games played in rooms with a shared code, with live syncing between players' devices. Access to the games is through prepaid packages (a balance of "games") bought by a registered user, while joining an existing room with a code is always free.

2. Account and registration

• Your details (your email address) must be accurate and up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity on your account.
• You must be 15 or older to create your own account (minors may use it under a guardian's supervision).

3. Packages and payment

• Prices shown on the site are final and all-inclusive (no hidden fees).
• Payment is made through a licensed, approved electronic payment gateway in Saudi Arabia.
• The purchased balance (number of "games") is added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed.
• One "game" from your balance is used each time you host a new room — joining a friend's room with a code is always free and never uses your balance.

4. Refund and cancellation policy

In line with the Saudi E-Commerce Law, here is our refund policy:

• Completely unused balance: you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you haven't used any part of the balance bought in that transaction.
• Partly or fully used balance: non-refundable, because the service (hosting the room) has actually been provided once a game is used.
• A technical error on our side (balance deducted without you actually playing due to a site fault): we compensate you in full once the issue is verified.

5. Rules of use

Using "جَمعة مباركة" for the following is strictly prohibited:

• Any offensive or racist content, or content that violates the laws of Saudi Arabia, during play.
• Attempting to hack or tamper with the balance system or accounts.
• Impersonating any other user.

We reserve the right to suspend any account that breaks these rules without prior notice.

6. Limitation of liability

"جَمعة مباركة" is a platform for group entertainment only. Content produced during play (answers, confessions, votes) is created by the players themselves and we are not responsible for it. We do our best to keep the service stable, but we cannot guarantee it will never be interrupted (technical faults, maintenance, etc.).

7. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms at any time. Continuing to use the site after a change counts as implied acceptance of it.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute is referred to the competent courts in the Kingdom.
